The world around us is changing dramatically fast and is exposed to shocks. The phase we find ourselves in as a society can be described as “X.” That is why “X” symbolizes the crossroads where we must decide which path to take. SlovakiaTech 2025 will be about searching for possible answers to these “crossroad” challenges of the world—in the fields of innovation, business, and technology. It will also serve as a platform for finding solutions for Slovakia’s re-industrialization towards higher added value, overcoming the middle-income trap, and strengthening resilience (economic, cyber, climate…) against external stresses and shocks, while seeking a profitable yet environmentally friendly economic model for Slovakia’s future.

Over the course of two days, more than 100 Slovak and international speakers will take the stage across three platforms. As in previous years, the accompanying program will include the EXPO exhibition—featuring scientific projects from Slovak universities (TUKE, UPJŠ, STU…), showcases of Slovak innovative and technology companies, startup highlights, workshops, a special program for high school students, a VIP networking party, and other side activities.

The 7th edition of SLOVAKIATECH FORUM – EXPO KOŠICE will focus on the following main themes:

• BusinessX (development of security technologies, the evolution of Industry 5.0, robotization and automation beyond the workplace, workforce skill transformation, building resilient business models)
  
• HumanX (the future of healthcare, cyborgs and human robotization, the longevity revolution, mental health in the technological era, shaping human–machine interaction)
  
• TechX (cloud solutions and their impact on business, AI ecosystems, The New World: quantum technologies, security strategies to protect our future, gaining competitive advantage through new technologies)
  
• CleanX (the path to sustainability, the role of clean technologies in planetary renewal, redefining resource usage, green business models of the future, cooperation for a sustainable future of humanity)
