Workshop
What happens when, instead of chasing trends, we start examining our own thinking?
At a time when technologies learn faster than people and information grows faster than wisdom, it is no longer enough to simply digitalize, optimize, and streamline. New tools alone will not save us. What we need is a new way of thinking.
Today’s HR world is full of elegant solutions that are easy to adopt. They save time. They sound scientific. They feel modern. And often, they spread simply because everyone else is using them. But if HR sets the rules of the game, it also carries the responsibility to question them. This includes the uncomfortable skill of admitting that even well-intended initiatives can miss their mark, especially when they are built on impressions and buzzwords rather than scientific rigor and sound judgment.
This workshop offers mental warm-ups, simulations, and reflections designed to test your ability to step off familiar cognitive paths and, at times, question your own “proven” approaches. We will critically examine new, fashionable, and widely adopted approaches to selecting people, developing talent, designing learning, motivating performance, and evaluating growth. Instead of automatically adopting what is popular, we will practice distinguishing between what is merely new and what is genuinely meaningful.
You will leave not only intellectually refreshed, but also equipped with practical questions that help separate trends from relevance and rediscover the value of good judgment in an age obsessed with fast solutions.
