Jurkovičova Tepláreň (Second Floor), Bottova 1, Bratislava
Workshop
We are pleased to invite you to a dedicated AmCham workshop focused on Crisis Management & Fraud Investigation, taking place on March 6, 2026, from 9:30 to 11:30 AM in Jurkovičova tepláreň, Bratislava on the 2nd floor. This event is specifically tailored for the BSCF industry, addressing the types of fraud risks, internal investigation challenges, and crisis management scenarios that shared service centers, captive centers, and business service operations face in practice.
The accompanying policy paper, prepared by Kinstellar and Deloitte, will likewise reflect recommendations shaped for the BSCF environment in mind — integrating legal, compliance, audit, and operational realities that are unique to this sector. The session builds on the successful AmCham Crisis & Compliance Business Breakfast (October 2025), organized together with Kinstellar and Deloitte, which introduced key cross border compliance risks and hands on scenario work. This workshop represents a deeper follow up designed for BSCF professionals who need actionable tools and practical safeguards.
During the workshop, experts will present their new policy paper for compliance, legal, and audit teams in the BSCF industry. The event will also include a case study and a closed door discussion under Chatham House Rules, allowing participants to exchange experience safely and openly.
