Health Check Day

To prevent high sugar, high blood pressure, high metabolic age, dermatological findings, or serious heart attack clues, it is important to be checked regularly.

On the occasion of the CARE DATA COST Conference, AmCham Slovakia, together with its partners BASE, Dr. Max, Multisport, and Váš Lekár, prepared a special opportunity for members, attendees of the conference, and friends of AmCham Slovakia. Health Check Day.

Dr. Max 

Pharmacists of Dr. Max will provide you with selected examinations with results in just a few minutes, and they will offer treatment and consultations beyond these results.

• Examination of the Cholesterol Level - Based on the measured cholesterol values in connection with other parameters, we will determine the percentage of the cardiovascular risk.
• Examination of the Risk of Gout - A quick test determines the level of uric acid, elevated levels of which can cause gout.
• Skin and Hair Diagnostics - Skin diagnostics reveals what type of skin a person has, analyzes skin hydration, wrinkles, pigment spots or pores, and can even reveal hidden skin diseases (for example, seborrhea). Hair and scalp diagnostics analyze the intensity of hair loss, the thickness of the hair, the quality of the scalp, and its tendency to form dandruff.

Multisport

With the “In body” scale, the expert team of Multisport will measure your body water, BMR (calories required for metabolism), muscle mass, physical rating, visceral fat, bone mass, and % fat and muscle mass for individual limbs and hull. You will then discuss these values with a specialist who will provide you with useful advice and tips on improving your diet or choosing appropriate physical activity. 

Váš Lekár 

Participants will have the opportunity to undergo a complimentary ophthalmology screening provided by Váš Lekár.  The professional assessment wil support the long-term eye health and overall well‑being. The examination with explanation will take 10 minutes.

• Ophthalmology Screening - Regular eye examinations play a key role in identifying potential vision problems and diagnosing conditions such as glaucoma or macular degeneration at an early stage. 

Health Check Day will help you identify potential health issues before they become serious. Health Check Day will provide you with an opportunity to discuss lifestyle habits, such as diet and exercise, which can lead to healthier choices.
