AmCham Slovakia, with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Slovakia and in cooperation with our regional partners, is launching a series of expert workshops to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) strengthen their cybersecurity awareness and skills. As digital transformation accelerates, ensuring the security of business operations is more critical than ever.

The project will feature five practical workshops across Slovakia — Prešov, Košice, Banská Bystrica, Žilina, and Nitra — targeting key personnel from regional SMEs. How to protect a company with minimum budget? Participants will gain practical insights into:

• Recognizing and mitigating cyber threats such as ransomware, phishing, and email compromise
• Leveraging tools to enhance cybersecurity
• Preparing for cyber incidents, securing systems, and protecting business reputation
