The project to extend the tram line from Dúbravka to the new city district of Bory is moving into its next phase. Penta Real Estate, in cooperation with the City of Bratislava, is submitting the project for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), a key step towards the construction of a new tram line in the western part of the city.

Penta Real Estate announces its first investment in the United Kingdom a 50:50 joint venture with the renowned developer Ballymore, focused on delivering more than 680 new homes across two prime London locations. 


Kauflands Ilava rooftop power plant could cover the consumption of 703 households

On the roof of its logistics center in Ilava, Kaufland has launched a photovoltaic power plant that will produce more than 1.5 million kWh annually. Solar energy will cover up to 98 of the buildings consumption, reducing Kauflands carbon footprint and strengthening its energy self-sufficiency.
