Why Agile transformations don’t meet expectations:

How to use a combination of common sense and AI to make things happen.

People join organizations to pursue dreams and later face challenges that may result in exiting due to poor leadership. Many organizations, including those outside the tech sector, adopt agility to improve efficiency. However, agile transformations often fall short due to leadership issues. This workshop presents a comprehensive program for developing Agile Coaching Competencies beyond IT. Agile Coaches should engage with all business areas to support organization-wide agility. Meanwhile, internal coaches and managers skilled in coaching should help IT teams understand the core business and remove barriers between "WE" and "THEY." This requires a new leadership culture.

In the workshop attendees will acquire the following:

1. Knowledge: Understanding the main challenges of agile transformation;
2. A Comprehensive List: Agile coaching competencies;
3. Recommendations: How to develop these competencies;
4. Action Steps: How to turn challenges into successful transformations;
5. Integration Skills: How to combine business coaching with agile coaching;
6. Examples: What to do to avoid common pitfalls in agile coaching development and agile transformation;
7. Step-by-Step Plan: How to measure progress in competency development as well as the progress of transformation.

The workshop is led by Peter Benkovič and Ivan Janovic. Peter is the founding partner of Maxman Consultants, an experienced executive coach, agility enthusiast. Ivan is a freelance ScrumMaster, Agile Coach, and Agile Project Leader and enthusiast of soft skill development.
