Agenda:

4:00pm – Registration and technical test 

4:15pm - Opening of the Speed Business Meeting, draw of starting positions and clarifying rules

4:30pm - 10 B2B meetings, closing remarks

6:30pm - Finger Food and Networking 

The purpose of the event:

This type of meeting offers participants a unique space to present their companies, products and services during 10-minutes one-to-one meetings and to discuss potential collaboration.  

Language: English (or according to agreement)

Ground rules:

• During the evening, members of all organising Chambers of Commerce will have the opportunity to meet each other.
• The participant's first session place will be assigned during registration via a ticket with a number and the letter A or B
• Each participant will have 3 minutes after the start to introduce their company, services or products. 
• During the next 4 minutes, participants can discuss a potential collaboration. 
• After 10 minutes and the signal, the participants with the letter A stay in their place while the participants with the letter B move to the next table. 
• Each short session offers a great opportunity to expand your network of contacts, potential clients and suppliers.

Registration deadline: 6 February, 2026

Cancellation of confirmed registration is not possible after 6 February, 2026. In spite of your absence at the event, the full amount will be invoiced after the event.

Registration fee:

• 33 € for members of the organising chambers
• 79 € for non members

The participation fee will be invoiced to you after the event.
