Workshop
Dear members, the workshop has been postponed due to the speaker's health conditions.
We will inform you about the new date as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Managers regularly face complex situations where experience, intelligence, and modern tools still result in poor outcomes.
This workshop focuses on the consequences of addressing symptoms instead of root causes, highlighting why this pattern often recurs. It investigates how even capable individuals can produce weak collective results and how teamwork and group dynamics influence what is observed, discussed, challenged, or ignored.
The session also looks at how unquestioned limits, incentives, and implicit rules quietly run the system, often more powerfully than formal decisions. It adds a focus on pattern recognition—how managers and teams detect, misread, or completely miss recurring signals across situations, and how those patterns influence decisions over time.
Ultimately, it illustrates how AI—often misused as a shortcut or source of authority—can enhance decision-making when employed with clear intent, proper context, and robust team processes.
Get ready to dive in! Participants will actively engage in exciting hands-on exercises that emphasize communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and pattern recognition.
