BSC industry in Slovakia is a cornerstone of the national economy, employing nearly 40,000 professionals and contributing more than 3% of the Slovak state budget income. Yet rising costs, geopolitical disruptions, legislative unpredictability, and talent shortages pose real challenges in the entire CEE region. The sector’s resilience lies in its ability to adapt - through digital transformation, smarter advocacy, talent development and regional collaboration.

Peter will unveil the key findings from the global SSC survey, prepared every second year by PwC Germany, with strong footprint by insights from several Slovakia-based centers.
