An intensive 2-hours hands-on workshop focused on concrete ways of supporting teams in a time of accelerated technological transformation and increasing uncertainty. Participants will learn how to build trust, work with talent, strengthen team resilience, and lead constructive conversations during change. Lead by three professional coaches associated with the Slovak charter chapter of the International Coaching Federation, the interactive workshop will provide handful of practical tools to be used immediately in your daily business.

Workshop participants will learn how to:

• Understand how the ecosystem turbulence changes team dynamics within your company
• Acquaint coaching approaches for leading teams through the times of change and uncertainty
• Recognize the most common team reactions to change and how to work with them
• Strengthen trust, collaboration, and adaptability in teams
• Gain practical tools for managing change in everyday practice

The workshop will be delivered in Slovak language without translation and is part of the 11th annual Business Service Center Forum conference: Future Ready Business - Trust, Talent and Technology.
