Speakers
Michal Valko - Michal is one of the world’s leading experts in artificial intelligence. He works as a Founding Researcher at Isara Labs, a researcher at Inria, and a lecturer in the prestigious MVA master’s program at ENS Paris-Saclay.His work focuses on developing algorithms that can operate with minimal human intervention. He specializes in areas such as reinforcement learning, self-supervised learning, and self-play – approaches that enable systems to learn autonomously and efficiently from limited feedback.
His research advances data representation, language models, and deep learning, with a strong emphasis on theoretical foundations and scalability. He has also worked on sequential decision-making algorithms, leveraging structure for faster and more efficient learning.
Michal contributed to the establishment of the Google DeepMind research center in Paris and currently serves as a Principal Llama Scientist at Meta, where he works on advanced models and reinforcement learning approaches for Llama 3.
His work is shaping the future of AI on a global scale.
Ivana Molnárová - Ivana graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Comenius University in Bratislava. She began her career in a family business and later joined Profesia in 2001, where she progressed through multiple roles up to Marketing and Sales Director for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
From 2010 to 2022, she served as CEO of Profesia. In 2022, she received the Manager of the Year award.
Today, she focuses on leadership transformation and development in the company Alyra, which she co-leads. She is also the author of the book Kto som, keď sa nik nepozerá (“Who Am I When No One Is Watching”).
Filip Vítek - Filip is an experienced technology leader with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of AI, retail, finance, and SaaS.
He currently serves as Group CTO at Global Digital Group, where he evaluates the technological and AI maturity of dozens of companies and leads their transformation.
He is the co-founder of the Health AI startup Meet Rudi and has long operated at the center of innovation, connecting business strategy with cutting-edge technologies.
Previously, he held the position of Executive VP AI & Data at CommentSold and, as Senior Vice President at flaconi, built the full AI infrastructure of one of Europe’s leading e-commerce players.
Throughout his career, he has built AI and data teams across seven industries, hired over 100 specialists, and evaluated hundreds of technological and business models.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava, where his thesis already indicated his future direction – connecting AI and business.
Slavomír Pšenák - Slavomír is a leader in technological transformation with more than 20 years of experience.
He serves as CTO and Board Member at O2 Slovakia, where he leads complex technology transformation across IT and telecommunications networks.
During his career, he has bridged the worlds of corporations and startups. He held the position of CTO at Erste Group IT and contributed to data and analytics solutions at IBM for major European brands.
His expertise lies in transforming complex technological environments into modern, data-driven organizations ready for the future.
