The Innovation Center of the Košice Region (ICKK) has officially launched nominations for the prestigious Slovakia Innovation and Startup Awards (SISA) 2026.

 
The aim of this initiative is to highlight exceptional projects that bring solutions with high added value and shape the future of our country.

 

Where can the public decide?

Anyone can participate in this year's selection. Do you have a favorite in these categories? Send in your nominations and you decide who we will recognize:

Entrepreneur of Slovakia – for leaders who are changing the face of business.
Startup Slovakia – for innovative young companies with a nationwide impact.
Startup of the Košice Region – for the best local ideas from our region.
 

Important information

• Nomination deadline: You can nominate your favorites no later than April 19, 2026.
• Where to nominate: Just fill out a simple online form at www.ickk.sk/sisa
• Announcement: The winners will be revealed during a gala evening on May 14, 2026 at the Kunsthalle in Košice.

Why nominate?

The winners will be decided by a professional committee consisting of independent experts such as Miroslav Tokarčík (Taktik), Jan Koscelanský (Sudolabs) and Jana Knežová (VUCKE). Not only technological sophistication, but also social impact and growth potential will be evaluated.
