 4:30pm - 6:30pm           10 B2B meetings

 6:30pm - 7:30pm            Networking

Purpose of the event:

This type of meeting offers participants a unique space to present their companies, products and services during 10-minutes one-to-one meetings and to discuss potential collaboration.    

Language: English (or according to agreement)

Registration deadline: 30th of April, 2026

Cancellation of confirmed registration is not possible after the 30th of April, 2026.

In spite of your absence at the event, the full amount will be invoiced after the event.

Registration fee:

33 € for members of the organizing chambers

79 € for non-members

Ground rules:

• During the evening, members of all organizing Chambers of Commerce will have the opportunity to meet each other.
• The participant's first session place will be assigned during registration via a ticket with a number and the letter A or B
• Each participant will have 3 minutes after the start to introduce their company, services, or products.
• During the next 4 minutes, participants can discuss a potential collaboration.
  
• After 10 minutes and the signal, the participants with the letter A stay in their place while the participants with the letter B move to the next table.
  
• Each short session offers a great opportunity to expand your network of contacts, potential clients, and suppliers.
