The aim of the webinar is to summarize the experience and knowledge of tax advisors in the field of transfer pricing and its control carried out by the financial administration, as well as to present the news introduced into the legislation from January 1, 2023.

Currently, transfer pricing is a frequently discussed tax issue where it is important to observe the arm´s length principle applied in related party transactions. The taxpayer´s burden of proof is to prove that the contractual terms, including transfer prices in transactions with related parties, are governed by the principle of an independent relationship. If the taxpayer fails to provide evidence, he is at risk of additional taxation and related sanctions.

The webinar is primarily intended for financial managers, economists, senior accountants and other persons who are aware of the importance of the issue and the potential negative impacts on their business.
