The Regional Innovation and Development Agency (Krajská inovačná a rozvojová agentúra) in cooperation with ChamCham – informal association of mixed chambers of commerce Chamber of Chambers would like to invite you to Speed Business Meeting. This type of meeting offers participants a unique space to present their companies, products and services during 10-minutes one-to-one meetings and to discuss potential collaboration.

Agenda:

4:00 – Registration and technical test

4:15 – Opening of the Speed Business Meeting, draw of starting positions and clarifying rules

4:30 – 10 B2B meetings, closing remarks

6:30 – Finger Food and Networking

Registration deadline: 24 May, 2026

Registration fee: FREE for all registered participants

Language: English (or according to agreement)

Ground rules:

• During the evening, members of all organising Chambers of Commerce will have the opportunity to meet each other.
• The participant's first session place will be assigned during registration via a ticket with a number and the letter A or B
• Each participant will have 3 minutes after the start to introduce their company, services or products.
• During the next 4 minutes, participants can discuss a potential collaboration.
• After 10 minutes and the signal, the participants with the letter A stay in their place while the participants with the letter B move to the next table.
• Each short session offers a great opportunity to expand your network of contacts, potential clients and suppliers.
