The person who was originally meant to write this issue’s Letter to Members had to cancel at the very last moment due to unexpected circumstances. We did have an alternative lined up but in the end we decided to do this little experiment. Since this issue of Connection is dedicated to digital technologies and their impact on business and society, we decided to approach the most talked about AI chatbot of the past few months with the request to write this text. Every company needs to ensure the security of its data and information systems.
